Tail-end of a cold front affecting Northern and Eastern Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
Forecast :
Northern and Eastern Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers while Mindanao and Palawan will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over the eastern section of Central Luzon which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the northeast and east with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
